Go to www.wholefoodfarmacy.com, click on LOGIN, then log in using your ID number and Password – this will take you into your Back Office.

Your Back Office menu appears in the left margin of the page. Click on SETUP/UPDATE WEBSITE, and then click on SET UP MY WEBSITE NOW!

Select your Site Name. Your Site Name will become a part of your Wholefood Farmacy website address. If you choose the word “healthy” as your Site Name, for example, your Wholefood
Farmacy website address would be www.healthy.wholefoodfarmacy.com. Many people use their first or last name. Let’s say your last name was “smith”. If you choose “smith” as your Site Name, then your website address would be www.smith.wholefoodfarmacy.com

Enter your Site Name into the space provided. From there, select the options that you would like for your website, then click on CONFIRM CHANGES. If the Site Name that you selected is already taken, a message will appear just above the space where you typed in your Site Name. In this case, simply try a different site name. Once your site name has been accepted, you’ll see your website address listed at the top of the page. (Need help? Email us at customerservice@thewholefoodfarmacy.com)

That’s all there is to it, it’s FREE, there are no obligations, and no hidden expenses or fees.

We are writing today to provide you with further details regarding the upcoming modifications that were emailed to everyone last week.

Existing members, who have placed an order prior to May 1st, 2006, will never have to pay the $15 wholesale club membership fee. The wholesale club membership fee will only apply to:

A.) Wholesale Members who sign up on or after May 1st, 2006.

B.) Existing wholesale members who have never placed an order prior to May 1st, 2006.

Your prospects will still be able to join for free and to set up their free website without paying a fee or making a purchase. The $15 membership fee will simply be added to their first order, whenever they happen to place their first order. The $15 membership fee will not apply to Retail Customers, as such, Retail Customers will be able to join and place orders without ever paying the $15 membership fee.

A new and updated Welcome Kit will also be included with first time wholesale orders and will include a selection of brochures, DVDs, and CDs to provide the new wholesale club members with as much information, education, and inspiration as possible. As new materials become available, the Welcome Kit will be updated with the latest selection of materials which are available.

In addition, when members join via your Wholefood Farmacy website, there is a new incentive in place to encourage them to order. After they submit the sign up form, a page comes up that contains their ID number and ordering instructions. Also included on this page is the new incentive which is worded as follows:

SPECIAL OFFER: Place an order of $89, or more, within the next 60 minutes and receive a free bag of Phi Plus with your first order.

The intention here is to encourage people to place an order as soon as they sign up and initial indications are that this new incentive seems to be working. For simplicity, the $89 is the order total including shipping.

The price adjustments that we mentioned in last week’s email will take effect on April 24th. Any regular orders or HARP orders that are processed between now and April 23rd, will process at the current prices.

In addition, the special offer on HARP orders (10% discount and free bags of Phi Plus) will be available through April 30th. HARP orders that process between April 24th and April 30th will process with the new prices but will still offer the 10% discount and free bags of Phi Plus. Beginning May 1st, 2006, any HARP orders that are on file will process on the selected shipping date in May; however, they will process without the 10% discount or free bags of Phi Plus.

A Show Every Family Should Watch!

We are writing today to tell you about a brand new television series on The Learning Channel (TLC). Beginning Monday, April 10 9/8c, TLC will transform the lives of 13 families across the nation in the groundbreaking new series, Honey We're Killing the Kids! In each family, the children’s eating habits have spiraled out of control into a diet of nonstop junk food – sugar, snacks, processed food– and huge, oversized portions. Coupled with a lack of exercise and sleep, this lifestyle means the kids are not only hyper and unruly; they are at serious risk of becoming overweight and developing high-blood pressure, diabetes and heart disease.

Honey We're Killing the Kids! offers a startling look at the causes of America's childhood obesity epidemic and issues a critical wake-up call for parents. In the series, nutrition expert Dr. Lisa Hark shows how everyday choices can have long-term impacts on children, and offers both the motivation and the know-how to help turn these families’ lives around. Using state-of-the-art computer imaging and certified assessments based on measurements and statistics, Dr. Hark first gives Mom and Dad a frightening look at the possible future faces of their children – and a dramatic reality check. Then, introducing her new guidelines and techniques, Dr. Hark works with parents to reverse course and give their kids a healthy diet and active lifestyle.

The family then has three weeks to overhaul its bad habits under the direction of Dr. Hark, who delivers a set of life-altering rules with the aim of completely transforming the children’s future health and lifestyle. Dr. Hark’s rules are straightforward and simple – rules like "Sack the sugar," "Family eats together," "Set a bedtime routine," "Limit television hours" and "Exercise together" are introduced each week.
How are the families responding to the challenges set by Dr. Hark? Are the children trying new healthy foods? Can Mom quit smoking? Will Dad agree to become more involved in family life?
